We are committed to sustainable agriculture and food security.   Our farm is off the grid in the Robson Valley, with pure air and water with incredible river bottom soil.  We increasingly farm with horses and depend on alternative sources of energy, such as undershot waterwheel for charging batteries, wind, and horse power.

We grow only heirloom certified organic vegetables; carrots, parsnips, turnips, kale, collard, fennel.  We are committed to growing certified organic garlic, all 40 plus varieties, from both cloves and bulbils.  Our certified organic grain includes many very old heirloom varieities of hulless barley and wheat; Himalayan, Tibetain, Purple Hulless Barley, Hulless Oats, Red Fife Wheat, Hard Red Wheat, Hard White Wheat, Winter Rye, and more.
